In the first case, it is the customer’s responsibility to send the relevant payment receipt so that the order can be shipped.
In the second case, payment is made automatically at the time of order completion, and we will immediately prepare and ship the goods.

Shipping Costs
Studio D’Arte Santagostino by Mamdoh Badran ships throughout Europe via UPS Courier. Shipping costs vary based on package size and weight and are calculated automatically at checkout after entering a postal code or shipping address. For shipments outside of European territory, please contact us for a customized quote. Alternatively, goods can be picked up at our location with no additional shipping costs.
Shipping Times
Shipping times in Italy range from one to a maximum of three days. For international shipments, delivery generally takes about a week; timeframes may vary depending on the rules and regulations applied by each country’s customs, as customs policies vary considerably from country to country.
Inspection upon Receipt
If the packaging shows imperfections or obvious signs of damage, it is necessary to immediately check the condition of the received painting and accept it only if undamaged; otherwise, reject the goods by indicating the reason on the courier’s delivery receipt. In the event that the courier refuses to wait while the painting is inspected, the goods may be accepted by writing “accepted subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (and Directive 2011/83/EU), if the customer is a consumer (a natural person purchasing for private purposes without indicating a VAT number), they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a notification via email to info@mamdohbadran.com within 14 days of delivery. Studio d’Arte Santagostino by Mamdoh Badran will provide instructions for the return, which must take place within the following 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety.
- The item must be returned intact, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
- Return shipping is under the customer’s complete responsibility until delivery to our warehouse. In case of damage during return transport, the package will be accepted subject to reserve, and the customer will be notified (within 5 business days) to allow them to file a claim against their courier. In this case, the product will be made available for pickup, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
Refund
If the returned goods meet the integrity conditions, the full order amount will be refunded, including the original outbound shipping costs. The refund will be made via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the return. The customer must promptly provide the order number and the IBAN code of the purchaser for the issuance of the bank transfer.

Competent Court
For civil disputes concerning the application of this contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Siena.
Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers
European consumers should be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve out-of-court any disputes relating to and/or arising from online sales contracts for goods and services.
