Watercolor – Valleys
A miniature watercolor from 2004 that encloses the density of the hilly landscape in just over 13 centimeters. The work stands out for a synthetic stroke and an almost material rendering of the natural volumes.
The palette abandons sunny tones to focus on woodland greens, dark earths, and browns, building a solid and shaded chiaroscuro structure. The sky, reduced to a narrow light band on the horizon, visually crushes the reliefs, increasing their weight. A small piece with character, excellent for enriching niches, small study walls, or multiple graphic compositions.
