Refund and Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the artwork within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we do not accept returns or refund requests.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be intact, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging, strictly including the original certificate of authenticity. The lack of the certificate or damage to the artwork will void the right to a refund.

Non-returnable artworks

We do not accept returns for the following categories:

• Artworks made to order or explicitly customized.
• Artworks damaged, altered, or disassembled by the buyer after delivery.

Refunds

Once the artwork is received and inspected at the gallery, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the artwork’s condition is intact, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Return shipping

The costs and responsibility for the return shipping are entirely at your expense. Ship to: P.zza S. Agostino 1 – 53037 – San Gimignano (SI) Italy.

Given the nature and value of the item, you are required to use a trackable shipping service and insure the shipment for the full value of the artwork. We will not issue refunds for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit to our facility.
