Watercolor – Paesaggio collinare
This original watercolor explores the physicality of the Tuscan territory. Fiorella uses saturated fields and bold superimpositions to convey the sense of volume and lushness of the Sienese hills.
Unlike more blended views, here the reliefs appear sculptural, outlined by sharp shadows and deep greens reminiscent of wild vegetation. A few black cypresses mark the boundaries between the ridges, while a hint of a white farmhouse emerges in the center, catching the light like a visual beacon.
